Treasurers report was $12,786.00 and Paypal is $6,811.00. Still have to pay region the balance of our region membership dues.

Solo reported that the Sept 2/3 time attack had 18 and 20 entries, Taylor thanked the many workers who helped make the 2 days run so smoothly: Charlotte and Pidge, Joel, Brian P., Krista, Allan G. and Trevor G. Final numbers not in yet but we may not have lost any money on this one. This is better than 2011 with approximately $1800.00 in the red for Solo for that year. The last Truro slalom is Sept 16 and the last time attack is Sept 22 with our last slalom on Oct 7 at AMP. Taylor had some unofficial points standings: Joel Nelson at 139; Trevor Gray 137; ?Hill at 128, Scott Montgomery 127 and Michael Simms at 115. Taylor also advised that we had 56 individuals entered in solo year to date. We will try to have an ASCC solo meeting prior to the Region AGM Nov 24/25. Taylor mentioned that he will have less time next year and so cannot re-offer as Solo Director but is willing to help out on a committee. George Sheppard gave a report on the National Slalom that he attended, Ming Wong was the only other entrant from Atlantic region. They both represented us well, Ming was 1st in class and 27 overall, George was 2nd in his (much bigger)class and 17 overall…Congrats to them both. ASCC made a $100.00 donation to George’s gas fund. We will also ask region to provide some support too. Word is that MMSC may offer to host the 2014 Nation Slalom at Slemon.

Rally report by Pidge, the Lookoff went well for a first performance rally in many years, 5 entries, Steve Quigley won. Ron MacKenzie appears to be working on the 2013 event already. BAC held a fun rally recently, the ASCC rally is still up in the air….

Race advised the last event is Sept 23. There will be a pre-AGM racers meeting sometime in October.

Old business – Decals and Patches are for sale.

New business – Region AGM will be in Moncton at Crystal Palace Nov 24/25.
