Forms
ARMS Membership Form: Please printout and complete this form in order to apply for membership in the Atlantic Sports Car Club. If you are applying at an organized Club Event forms will likely be available on-site. ASCC Memberships can now also be processed via the Online Membership Registration form on this website.
ARMS Meeting Proxy Form: This form is used for members who cannot attend a voting meeting of either ASCC or ARMS. Voting privileges can be proxied to another voting member in good standing of ASCC (Or ARMS member club for the purposes of a regional meeting).
ASCC AGM Proxy form: This form is used for our AGM when you cannot attend and assign your voting privilege to another member in good standing.
Bylaws
Atlantic Sports Car Club Constitution and Bylaws: The rules and bylaws by which the Atlantic Sports Car Club and members are to conduct their business. Last revised December, 1995.
Meeting Minutes
General Meeting Minutes Archive: An archive of the minutes from the Monthly ASCC General Club Meetings is available from the 2004 ASCC Annual General Meeting to the present. Minutes from the 2010 Annual General Meeting and newer are also posted on this website under the ‘Meeting Minutes’ category.
Executive Meeting Minutes Archive: An archive of minutes from the Monthly ASCC Executive meetings. Access to these minutes is limited to the Executive members of the Atlantic Sports Car Club and requires a password to view.
