The current bank balance is $30,419.99. That includes the July 20th autoslalom @ Shearwater entry fees and the Commissionaires invoice for same.
Cheques which haven’t cleared are the ones written to Evan, Scott, and Alan (which Debbie will pass along tonight) and the one written to AMP for our HPDS track rental (they’re late cashing this one every year).
I haven’t received the invoice from Queens Co/Digby Airport yet but am sending an email off to our contact there for info.
Membership report: 174 members
Solo: 1 event since last meeting. At Shearwater. 52 competitors. Was a very hot day which limited attendance. Next event the 24th. Not going to replace rained-out SSW event. Slemon event is Labour Day weekend. Then ASCC Event the 8th and 28th of Sept. Time attack the 17th.
Rally: Ledwidge Lookoff was last weekend. Two days of rally. Eight cars, four away teams. Repaired bridge allowed for new roads and no turnaround. Next perf rally October 5. Trout Lake.
Race: Race next weekend. Last race weekend was July 28th. Recap of race weekend given.
Old: One refill and two new fire extinguishers. Plus two small donated by ISI Automotive
New: ASCC Volunteering to host 2020 AGM to celebrate 60 years of the club.
