Marshal Report: First school was last weekend. Second school will be 9am-noon Saturday of race school. May 25th. We will again be well represented at Canadian F1 GP. Marshal bus is its usual well-worn self. Should remain usable for HPDS, at least. Some stands got maintenance over the spring. Some fixing and some roof patching still to be completed.
Race: There will be a test and tune with tech available following HPDS lapping May 20th. Note to HPDS instructors, please renew race license in advance. Race school is following weekend, May 25th. First race the next day.
Solo: First event May 4th. Cold, wet, uncomfortable, 40 entries. At StoneRidge Fellowship church. Have enough marshals for HPDS. Next event June 8, Shearwater. Regional in SJ June 2.
Will there be lapping this year? Brian P says ARMS will have lapping around some race days along with time attack. No word on if AFRA is continuing as a club or if they will be having lapping days. Region is also looking at adding smaller lapping schools into lapping/time attack weekends.
HPDS classroom arranged, along with food services. Now concerned primarily with weather.
Three club loaners are out of date. Will be disposed of. Club still has six good helmets remanining.
