Membership report: 48 signed up as of start of meeting

Treasurer’s report $24,500 in acct approx. Joint stocks to be paid, directors liability, some HPDS expenses.

Rally: January Navx, 13 cars. Excellent road conditions. Lots of snow, new roads. Thanks to all entrants and checkpointers. New CARS rally rulebook plus many supplemental additions. Performance rally, two new partially built local cars brings number to around 14. This year is the 10th anniversary of the return of performance rally. RallyX last weekend, back at AMP. 48 entrants. RallyX will probably not return to Conrads soon, looking for other venues. Next RallyX Feb 24th. Next Navx May 19, performance rally June 15.

Solo: No new news. Tentative schedule up. Shearwater has sent user agreement, but that doesn’t confirm dates. HPDS info should be out within a week, including costs.

Race: No updates

Old business: Ian is reaching out to have new base built for some of trophies.

New Business: Nope.
