Entry Fee: $20 (for members of an ARMS-affiliate club).

ASCC Memberships will be available on site for $30.

First time members of the ASCC get this event FREE!

Schedule:

1600: Volunteers are asked to arrive.
1600: Registration and Scrutineering Open.
1730: Registration and Scrutineering Closed.
1730: Drivers meeting.
1745: “Official” course walk.
1800: First car starts.

We run until dark, or until 4 runs are completed.

In order for this to run efficiently, we will be following this schedule precisely.

Registration will be closed at 1730 (5:30pm) on the dot. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Insurance: As required by ARMS, provided by ASN Canada FIA. Waiver to be signed by all on-site. You will be required to provide proof of membership to an ARMS affiliated club to participate.

Regulations: This event will be held under the General Competition Rules of ARMS, and the Atlantic Sports Car Club event regulations. This is the 8th event of the 2011 ASCC club autoslalom season.

Absolutely no speeding or reckless driving around the site will be tolerated. Driving behavior during the event will be discussed at the drivers meeting.

Run/Work Groups:

All cars must have their competition number and class displayed on both sides of their car for the benefit of the Paddock Marshall and the Timing and Scoring staff.

Cars will be organized into run groups of roughly equal numbers by class. dending on turn out, all “stock” and “super stock” cars in one group, all “street prepared” and “modified” cars in the other. Cars with more than one driver will be run in the middle and end of each group.

Work groups will be called by the car number of competitors who are required to work. Everyone will work at least once as assigned by the Organizer. Competitors are reminded to report quickly to their workstations in order to ensure quick turn around. Failure to report for work assignment will result in forfeiture of points and any remaining runs. The work assignment list will be available from the Organizer
