Called to order, 7:35.
Membership report: Alan G 153 members at start of meeting.
Treasurer’s report: Brian J, $6877 in paypal including prepays for Digby. $13217 in chequing. Including outstanding cheques and invoices. Still have to invoice spec miata for track rental and insurance.
Solo Report: Notice of June 8th event cancellation received by all. Will be rescheduled, date not yet certain.
We will be using Brian P’s generator for Digby. Still not sure if will be necessary to purchase. Timing equipment seems to be functioning fine on battery. There will be a memorial fly in on the Saturday of Digby, until 11am and after 6pm. This should not interfere with our runs but may cause an issue for the 2nd run group of the day. We will work to make sure this does not happen. Tshirts not yet ordered, Debbie M will handle this. MMSC regional, 13 of 31 cars from NS. Went well except for some classing issues. George S 1st in PAX times. Pidge will now carry PA system in the trailer for use at events.
Race: Debbie M. 1st race was May 26th. 14 at the school, 3 more trying to get licensed june 22. Any cars or drivers not registered, but on track at next races will be flagged and or fined. See applicable supp regs.
Rally: Great weather for June 9 regional rally.19 checkpoints! NExt rally July 21st.
