At the conclusion \u00a0of the meeting (and although it is about 2- wheel racing vs 4!), ASCC will be hosting a viewing of the Ewan McGregor-narrated Moto GP documentary film \u201cFastest\u201d. Members are strongly encouraged to bring a food or cash donation for the Metro Food Bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fee<\/strong><strong>d Nova Scotia Prioritized Shopping List for December 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Canned or Powdered Milk<br \/>\nBreakfast Cereal Flour &amp; Sugar Canned Fruit<br \/>\nPasta (Dried, Canned, Noodles, Rice) Canned Vegetables<br \/>\nPeanut Butter Canned Meat &amp; Fish Baked Beans<br \/>\nSoups &amp; Stews<\/p>\n<p>Club \u00a0by-laws\u00a0 \u00a0require \u00a0a \u00a0minimum\u00a0 \u00a0of \u00a020% \u00a0of \u00a0the \u00a0membership\u00a0 \u00a0to \u00a0be \u00a0present \u00a0for \u00a0a quorum. \u00a0 With \u00a0a membership \u00a0base of ~190 members, \u00a0a minimum \u00a0of 39 members\u00a0 are required. Your attendance \u00a0and input would be greatly appreciated, \u00a0but if you cannot attend, please consider using a proxy. (http:\/\/www.armsinc.ca\/applications\/proxy.pdf)<\/p>\n<p>Motions\u00a0 \u00a0made\u00a0 \u00a0at\u00a0 \u00a0the\u00a0 \u00a0AGM\u00a0 \u00a0(pertaining\u00a0 \u00a0to\u00a0 \u00a0matters\u00a0 \u00a0such\u00a0 \u00a0as\u00a0 \u00a0By-Laws\/Constitution \u00a0and\u00a0 \u00a0Honorary Memberships) will be voted upon by the membership \u00a0at the March 2013 General Meeting, as our by-laws require 3 month notice to the membership.<\/p>\n<p>Also attached is a membership \u00a0form for the convenience\u00a0 of renewing your membership \u00a0for 2013.
