ASCC General Club Meeting<\/strong>
\nJanuary 10th, 2012<\/strong>
\nKartbahn Indoor Go-Karting<\/strong><\/p>\n

Call to order 734pm<\/p>\n

Those in attendance:<\/p>\n

Debbie Miller, President
\nAllan Gray, Vice President
\nBrian Jarvis, Treasurer
\nJustin Wilson, Secretary
\nGeorge Sheppard, Member at large<\/p>\n

16 other members in attendance<\/p>\n

Reading of last month\u2019s minutes by Gordon sleigh<\/p>\n

Treasurers\u2019 report, Brian Jarvis stated the chequing account had a balance of 1459.27. pay pal balance 273.41 these do not include outstanding membership fees but do include a pre payment for HPDS.<\/p>\n

25 cheque was issued to feed Nova Scotia<\/p>\n

Cheques form 2009 that were not cashed, owners were sent carbon copies of cheques and 3 out of 5 offered to pay again<\/p>\n

\n

Vice presidents report, Allan grey reported 36 renewals for 2012.<\/p>\n

\n

Presidents report Debbie miller August 25 2012 has been the date selected for theASCC reunion event.<\/p>\n

Most promos will be geared towards the Digby doubleSolo report Debbie- George(in lieu of Taylors absence) first regional solo will be held in Truro o may 6th<\/sup> with first solo school being may 5th<\/sup><\/p>\n

Digby double tune and test usually set on Friday is still up in the air waiting on pre entry results.<\/p>\n

\n

Rally report Gordon sleigh, reported ASCC January 28 2012 rally has to be re scheduled new date to be determined, possibly February<\/p>\n

Sundays rally cross had 27 entries. There were some new faces as well as purpose bought cars.<\/p>\n

Next event Sunday January 22 at Scotia Speed World<\/p>\n

Race report, Debbie is still confirming dates<\/p>\n

Debbie went over tentative calendar stating June is out of whack but august is ok still waiting for Moncton to conform and accept June race moved to the 24th<\/sup>; august 11-12 has been moved ahead 1 week<\/p>\n

HPDS need to keep eye on forums 25 entries 180-200 dollars first come first served<\/p>\n

ARMS Calendars have been given to Gary Sowerby and Lucas Strackerjan<\/p>\n

\n

Old business, Derek Clark has banners for sale and will deliver<\/p>\n

ARMS calendars still available<\/p>\n

Matt Trivet selling DVDs for 20$<\/p>\n

Vero Larson has key rings still available<\/p>\n

\n

New business, no new business.<\/p>\n
