At the conclusion of the meeting, ASCC will be hosting a viewing of the documentary film \u201cSenna\u201d. Members are strongly encouraged to bring a food or cash donation for the Metro Food Bank.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/t0.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQ7fyBSmLk4_cG3EHLBQaHP5hi8Q1OYnAGunAA9G8Kmj7uJEjp2xTGTB4MezA\" alt=\"\" width=\"171\" height=\"253\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Feed Nova Scotia Prioritized Shopping List for December 2011<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Canned or Powdered Milk<\/li>\n<li>Breakfast Cereal<\/li>\n<li>Flour &amp; Sugar<\/li>\n<li>Canned Fruit<\/li>\n<li>Pasta (Dried, Canned, Noodles, Rice)<\/li>\n<li>Canned Vegetables<\/li>\n<li>Peanut Butter<\/li>\n<li>Canned Meat &amp; Fish<\/li>\n<li>Baked Beans<\/li>\n<li>Soups &amp; Stews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Club by-laws require a minimum of 20% of the membership to be present for a quorum. With a membership base of ~151 members, a minimum of 31 members are required. Your attendance and input would be greatly appreciated, but if you cannot attend, please consider using the enclosed proxy.<\/p>\n<p>Motions made at the AGM (pertaining to matters such as By-Laws\/Constitution and Honorary Memberships) will be voted upon by the membership at the April 2012 General Meeting, as our by-laws require 3 month notice to the membership.<\/p>\n<p>Also enclosed is a membership form for the convenience of renewing your membership for 2012.
