Schedule: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

0800: Gates open. Volunteers are asked to arrive.
\n0900: Registration and Scrutineering Open.
\n1015: Drivers meeting for Tune and Test.
\n1030: Tune and Test runs Start.
\n1200: Registration and Scrutineering Closed.
\n1200: Tune and test ends
\n1215: Driver\u2019s Meeting
\n1245: \u201cOfficial\u201d Course walk\/drive
\n1315: First car on course<\/p>\n

In order for this to run efficiently, we need to follow this schedule precisely.<\/p>\n

Registration will be closed at 12:00 on the dot. NO EXCEPTIONS! <\/strong><\/p>\n

Insurance: As required by ARMS, provided by ASN Canada FIA. Waiver to be signed by all persons on-site.
\nRegulations: This event will be held under the General Competition Rules of ARMS, and the Atlantic Sports Car Club event regulations. This is the 1st event of the 2011 ASCC club autoslalom season.<\/p>\n

Absolutely no speeding or reckless driving around the site will be tolerated. Driving behavior during the event will be discussed at the drivers meeting<\/p>\n

Notes: <\/strong><\/p>\n

The ASCC has The Power Center lot rented from 0800-1900. Therefore the schedule as shown above will be strictly enforced. \u00a0If we do not have time for every car to run 4 runs, your time will be scored on your first 3 runs.<\/p>\n

Run\/Work Groups: <\/strong><\/p>\n

All cars must have their competition number and class displayed on both sides of their car for the benefit of the Paddock Marshall and the Timing and Scoring staff.<\/p>\n

Cars will be organized into run groups of roughly equal numbers by class. Depending on turn out, all \u201cstock\u201d and \u201csuper stock\u201d cars in one group, all \u201cstreet prepared\u201d and \u201cmodified\u201d cars in the other. Cars with more than one driver will be run in the middle and end of each group.<\/p>\n

Work groups will be called by the car number of competitors who are required to work. Everyone will work at least once as assigned by the Organizer. Competitors are reminded to report quickly to their workstations in order to ensure quick turn around. Failure to report for work assignment will result in forfeiture of points and any remaining runs. The work assignment list will be available from the Organizer and the Paddock Marshall.<\/p>\n

Directions: <\/strong><\/p>\n

From Halifax:
\n– Take Exit 13A off Hwy 102
\n– At top of ramp turn left
\n– Travel roughly 500m and Turn left into lot<\/p>\n

From Truro:
\n– Take exit 13A
\n– Proceed strait through traffic lights
\n– Continue on this road to the lot<\/p>\n
