Then workshops on Sat the 15th<\/sup> all day from 9:30 to 5:00, see schedule below. The workshops are where rules and changes will be decided for next season. And of course the banquet and awards presentation that evening from 6:30 to 11:00 pm. Then the actual AGM and elections will take place Sunday the 16th<\/sup> from 9 to 12 noon followed by the calendar meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/strong>We hope you\u2019ll attend the awards banquet on Saturday night too, we plan to have great food and entertainment to help us celebrate all the competition that we have enjoyed this past year and to help ASCC celebrate our 70th anniversary.
