Cheque to shearwater\nhas been cashed, also wrote a cheque for Van storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solo Report<\/strong>:
\nSolo has nothing new.
\n
\nLapping Day : Raising money for cancer in honor of Derek Lugar. Total Raised $12500\nfor Canadian Cancer Society. SARL and Cars got together, Nick Roussakov donated\nhis car for you to ride along $100 for 5 laps. Used a total of 100L of fuel

\nMing posted a thread for ARMS Solo workshop on the form. Elections for Performance\nSolo Director
\n
\nVan going into storge. Joel has Cheque, Scott going to take timing stuff.

\nRace Report:<\/strong>
\nJCM was a great weekend, Lots of entries and spectators. 18 cars started and 11\nfinished.
\nNick Roussakov took  home the checkered\nFlag. Food truck was great and was covered by sponsors
\n
\nJCM made $7000 \u2013 after expenses, we passed our covid check. Changes being made\nfor next year, Marshalls Grid- we need to use qualifying
\n

Rally Report:
\n<\/strong>Tall Pines cancelled, no way to do it safely
\n
\nLocally \u2013 Nothing on performance rally, 
\nRallycross starts this weekend \u2013 Cathy is organizer of rally cross now. Pidge\nis stepping back.
\nNav X- has been ready to go for a while, being held October 25- 1-5pm need checkpointer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AGM :
\n<\/strong>ASCC is hosting
\nAiming to have workshops Saturday and Sunday
\nSaturday can have 50 people in person and Zoom meeting option as well.
\nSunday Just club reps & directors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preregistration for\nworkshops \u2013 one workshop at a time, race at end of day (current racers and race\ncar owners and 2020 race license holders in person everyone else zoom)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acura has agreed to\nsponsor event \u2013 Debbie to contact them as there will be a cost to rent rooms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASCC AGM is in\nDecember \u2013 everyone is reoffering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Old Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digitizing old\nphotos, videos, results ect. from collections from Ralph Rosier and George\nSheppard.
\nLooking to find a platform where we can share old photos for people to\ndownload, comment on ect.
\nKeven Doubleday has spent a fair amount of money out of his pocket in equipment,\nASCC has given him a cheque for $1000 toward equipment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are holding off\non providing more things to him at this time until he can get caught up, he is\ngoing to tag photos with photographer\u2019s name, when and where it was if known.

\nOne project he is working on is AMP and how it went from a farmer\u2019s field to\nwhat it is now. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
