New members joining now will get card for 2021<br>\n<br>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Treasurer Report<br>\n<\/strong>$16178.94<br>\nThere are a couple uncleared cheques and a few bills we are waiting for. <br>\nDebbie delivered cheques to commissionaires and Shearwater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solo Report<\/strong>: <br>\nLast event had over 40 entries, went well with no issues<br>\nFinal event registration is up now, entry fee is back up to $40, registration\ncloses Thursday and payment deadline is Friday at 6pm. If you pay after that\nthere is a $5 late fee. <br>\nWe don\u2019t need any supplies, we haven\u2019t bought a tent yet but we don\u2019t need one\nthis year. <br>\nSlemon went will they had 38 entries on day 1 and 36 on day 2<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Race Report:<\/strong><br>\nLast race went well. We had split raced and received a lot of positive feed\nback from drivers. <br>\nNext race is September 27, Race committee has a race call this week. <br>\n<br>\nJCM \u2013 tshirts need to be ordered- pre order only. Also looking for Sponsors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rally Report:<br>\n<\/strong>ASCC TSD normally held in January, so much of this event is based around\na social element and human interaction, those items would be severely\nrestricted or on hold. It would be a lot of effort for a rather dry event. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Region &#8211; &nbsp;<\/strong>A\ndecision needs to be made on the AGM.
