We have 66+ members
We voted to ratify Alan Gray as honorary member \u2013 all in favor \u2013 Alan now honorary member<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Treasurer Report
<\/strong>We have $19,778 in our chequing account.

Solo Report<\/strong> :
HPDS is currently full, 2 people on waiting list

Digby has confirmed for June 26,27,28
Debbie emailed the church \u2013 hasn\u2019t heard back
Shearwater can\u2019t confirm dates until April : going to see if \u00a0we can get a May date at Shearwater.
Joel has sent email to Scotia.

Laptop: Scott hasn\u2019t had time to look for one yet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rally Report<\/strong>:\n
\nRally is at a stead state
\nPerformance Rally Dates:  August 8-9\n(Lookoff rally) September 5-6 (Trout Lake Rally)
\nWaiting for info on a possible Test and Tune or Rallysprint.
\nThere are a lot of Rally Cars forsale in Quebec right now for good prices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARRCA AGM is this Sunday\nat Piolets Pub.
\n
\nThey had 23 entries at the last Rallycross, Bruce Buntain showed up at the\nrallycross before the end of registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be a Nav\nX Rally May 23. 208 km for experienced and 171 km for Novice.
\nCost is currently $20 but might go up if they include a meal at the end. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Race Report<\/strong>:
\nJoel and Leigh have been working on Sponsorship program.
\nEach car will need to have sponsor stickers on their car. Depending on sponsorship\ndecals will be 4×6, 2×6 or windshield banner.
\nCurrently have 4 sponsors. Vantage Motors, Harrington\u2019s VW, Sensory Motors, MCN\nMotorsports.
\nSponsors receive: Free Season Pass, Series t-shirt, Media (Facebook, YouTube, Inside\nTrack)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Old Business<\/strong>: 
\nBAC Picked up the trailer on Sunday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AMP AGM is March 22\nat 12:30<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sports and RV show \u2013 \u00a0This weekend March 13, 14 & 15.
Looking for people to help out. Shifts are 10-2, 2-5, 5-8 need one person for each shift. \u00a0
They will be selling tickets on a generator; money goes to the Development Track.
There are Pamphlets and cards to hand out from ASCC, BAC, Race.
Race also has free day pass tickets to pass out. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
