Joint stocks to be paid, directors liability, some HPDS expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rally: January Navx, 13 cars. Excellent road conditions. Lots of snow, new roads. Thanks to all entrants and <g class=\"gr_ gr_12 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"12\" data-gr-id=\"12\">checkpointers<\/g>. New CARS rally rulebook plus many supplemental additions. Performance rally, two new partially built local cars <g class=\"gr_ gr_26 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace\" id=\"26\" data-gr-id=\"26\">brings<\/g> <g class=\"gr_ gr_25 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"25\" data-gr-id=\"25\">number<\/g> to around 14. This year is the 10th anniversary of the return of performance rally. RallyX last weekend, back at AMP.  48 entrants. RallyX will probably not return to Conrads soon, looking for other venues. Next RallyX Feb 24th. Next Navx May 19, performance rally June 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solo: No new news. Tentative schedule up. Shearwater has sent user agreement, but that doesn&#8217;t confirm dates.
