Dear ASCC Member:<\/span><\/p>\n

Below is your 2018 AGM notice. We will be providing appetizers before the meeting, starting at around 7 pm.<\/p>\n

Also, anyone who attends the December AGM will qualify for a free session of karting at our January 8th meeting. That meeting will be held at Kartbahn in Bayers Lake.<\/p>\n

If you can’t attend the meeting, we urge you to use this form to have a proxy vote. Send the form in with a member\/friend<\/a>. We need 44 members to reach quorum this year.<\/p>\n

The 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Atlantic Sports Car Club will be held at the Riverside Pub (1552 Bedford Highway, Halifax, NS) on <\/span>Tuesday, December 11th, 2018 <\/b>commencing at 7:30pm. <\/span><\/p>\n

The agenda for this meeting is listed below. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Club by-laws require a minimum of 20% of the membership to be present for a quorum. With a membership base of 220 members, a minimum of 44 members are required. Your attendance and input would be greatly appreciated, but if you cannot attend, please consider using the enclosed proxy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Motions made at the AGM (pertaining to matters such as By-Laws\/Constitution and Honorary Memberships) will be voted upon by the membership at the March 2019 General Meeting, as our by-laws require 3 month notice to the membership.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also attached is a membership form for the convenience of renewing your membership for 2019. You may return it with your membership dues ($30 per individual + $12.50 for each family member if required)<\/span><\/p>\n
