\nMeeting called to order at 7:41 by Debbie M.
\nTreasurer’s report: $13001.47 in chequing, $5085 in paypal. Regional slalom revenue and slalom costs pending.<\/p>\n
Membership report: 115 members as of start of meeting. We have been getting lots of new members at the local slaloms. All Exec and Organizers are now current members.<\/p>\n

Solo Report: 46 entrants at regional. 43 at club slalom. Next club event June 8th in Lr. Sackville.
\nVolunteers wanted for time attack May 20th. We are missing a few radios, but sill have a lot. We will look into replacing those missing.
\nWe did not use the borrowed generator last weekend at the slalom. Pidge replaced the battery connections and it is working much better. Brian P is looking into getting a digital display for event timing.<\/p>\n
Rally: No word yet on NavX rally reschedule. Possibly in fall. August 24th, there will be a spectator stage for the performance rally. Location TBA. Parc expose at Dartmouth Crossing, time TBA. June 9th, regional NavX rally in Windsor. Checkpoint volunteers contact James P.<\/p>\n
Race: 14 registered for race school. Pre-reg system still in progress. There will be practice Sunday night after the HPDS.<\/p>\n
