ARMS Regional Membership Form (.PDF, 305kb) - Standard membership form required to join any ARMS affilliated club. Please print out and complete this form to join the Atlantic Sports Car Club.

Parental Consent form (English) (.PDF, 115kb) - Parental consent waiver required to be completed by the parents of any minor (Under 18) participant in any form of motorsports.

Parental Consent form (French) (.PDF, 128kb) - Parental consent waiver in French.

ARMS Voting Proxy form (.PDF, 29kb) - ARMS Voting Proxy Form. Required to empower another club member to vote for you at club meetings.
